What happens if the Internet goes down in the office?
Relocate to another location to work for the day – at home, an Internet café or anywhere that has Internet access.
We can also advise you on hardware that will reduce the risk of the Internet going down.

What guarantees are there that my hosted desktop will be available?
Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) provides a guaranteed minimum of 99.9% availability, with service credits available if this is not met.
